Continuing Education Application and Research Center (KAYSEM) was established with the Kayseri University Continuing Education Application and Research Center Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated March 5, 2019 and numbered 30705. The aim of the center is to organize all kinds of education, courses, certificate programs, seminars, workshops, conferences and similar events that are needed individually, institutionally, socially and industrially by prioritizing the concept of lifelong learning and to ensure the development of cooperation of the University with the private sector and public institutions at national and international levels by carrying out and documenting the exams for which it is authorized within the same framework. The fields of activity of the center The fields of activity of the center are as follows:

a) Opening education and certificate programs on various required subjects, organizing courses and other events.

b) Opening distance education programs for all ages and various interest groups via the internet.

c) Organizing in-service training programs for the needs of public and private institutions and organizations.

ç) Providing all kinds of consultancy services to real and legal persons, preparing joint projects, participating in tenders, receiving services from experts working in the field, cooperating with these persons when necessary in courses and similar studies.

d) Conducting or having conducted technical or statistical analyses. e) Providing guidance and personal development training, organizing psychological counseling services.

f) Conducting national and international studies on the subjects within the scope of the center's activities, submitting decisions on taking representation on these subjects to the Rectorate, University Board of Directors or Senate.

g) Organizing training for intermediate staff, preparation courses for all kinds of exams, providing consultancy services in this field, conducting exams and issuing documents.

ğ) Organizing national and international personnel certification trainings in accordance with the accreditation requirements stipulated by the Turkish Accreditation Agency and the principles determined by the Vocational Qualifications Authority, conducting exams and issuing documents.

h) Organizing art, culture and sports activities to ensure national and international scientific and cultural exchange and to develop social cohesion and to make publications in these fields.

ı) When necessary, cooperating with other universities in Turkey and abroad, cooperating, working together, jointly or on their behalf; To carry out certification, accreditation or all kinds of training and certification, consultancy, symposiums, congresses, workshops and similar organizations, to organize national and international projects or events.
